Infiniti has appointed two new area fleet managers ahead of the Q30 launch later this year.

Miles Cooke and Mark Sheedy have joined Infiniti as area fleet managers with an emphasis to help grow the national fleet business. Cooke and Sheedy will be identifying and developing the fleet strategy by looking after leasing, B2B and SME business, whilst working closely with, and alongside, the Infiniti centres.

Both will work within the Infiniti UK structure, at the Rickmansworth HQ, under country manager, Carl Bayliss.

Bayliss said: “As the production facility in Sunderland starts to gear up to manufacture the first Infiniti to be built in Europe, the Q30, we are now building the UK team to grow the business accordingly. It’s an exciting time for Infiniti and our support for both private & business users remain our number one priority.”

Cooke previously worked as a business development manager with a variety of vehicle management companies such as Ogilvie, Arval and Lombard.

Sheedy brings with him thirteen years of sales experience, said Infiniti, as well as dealer based fleet market knowledge after being with car dealership group, Benfield Motors for the last seven years.

Both Cooke and Sheedy have taken up their new roles with immediate effect.
