FCA Fleet and Business will stregthen its fleet operation with the appointment of fleet support agency ROI.
The deal will see ROI support FCA with a dedicated 30-strong sales team, including a team of field sales managers, experienced dealer coaches, lead generation, fleet support and a business centre.
Having been named Most Improved Manufacturer of the Year in the Fleet News awards, this move is part of a major investment to further develop, expand and enhance FCA’s corporate sales offering, which represents Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo.
ROI will focus on day-to-day sales activity, CRM and growing volumes, allowing the FCA team to focus on developing key relationships, strengthening offers and improving the customer experience.
