Inchcape has won the Service and Parts award for the second year running, alongside Fleet Retailer at Mercedes-Benz Awards.
Inchcape picked up the award in recognition of its “outstanding service” provided to customers by the aftersales team over the last 12 months.
The aftersales team has achieved “strong retail growth” with MOTs, services and repairs, alongside increasing sales of parts and service care plans.
Another noteworthy innovation is the development of its Express Lane, where customers who book early morning services receive the benefit of two technicians working on their car to ensure they get back on the road sooner.
It was named Fleet Retailer of the Year for its performance in fleet sales. The team, led by Ruth Karim, Inchcape Mercedes-Benz's head of fleet, has been recognised for its excellent performance and service to clients across all market areas

Inchcape's aftersales director Andy Middleton was joined on stage by market area directors Alasdair Macfarlane, Andrew Connor and Anthony Partington as they were presented with the award by TV host Dermot O'Leary.
