Epyx has announced three new director level appointments.
Aditya Varadpande has been appointed as director of the newly-created growth and marketing department. He shall also lead the company’s international operations.
The department will identify new opportunities for Epyx in the UK, Europe and further afield, maximising the potential of existing products while developing new and innovative solutions for Epyx’s fleet and network customers.
Varadpande has previously held several marketing and sales positions for Danaher and was most recently commercial director for UK and Ireland. He is a London Business School MBA graduate and holds an engineering degree.
David James has been named as commercial director with a remit to grow and strengthen the company’s telesales and web distribution capabilities.
He has extensive experience in the fleet sector, having spent the last seven years leading the telesales teams at Allstar Business Solutions, The Fuelcard Company, and Keyfuels. James has a BA (hons) in Politics and International Relations from Loughborough University.
Nik Sherwood is the new director of software development. His main objective is to transform Epyx’s software development and testing processes. The end result will be greater development capacity, more flexibility and improved planning.
He has 19 years’ experience in software development was previously product architecture director at Fleetcor and has also held senior roles at Compuserve and ProTech Systems.
