Fleet Operations has appointed Brian James as head of operations, tasked with improving the effectiveness of the organisation to help it deliver on ambitious growth targets.
As part of the company’s ongoing software development strategy, Quentin Jendrzewski has been brought in as lead developer. The company’s MOVE software has already won two awards this year, in recognition of the innovative way in which it helps clients to save money on leasing costs.
Rebecca Burnell has joined as Senior Account manager, bringing the number of new staff to nine over the past 12 months. During the same period, the business has achieved revenue growth of 20%.
Richard Hipkiss, operations director at Fleet Operations, said: “These strategic appointments are designed to ensure the business is well equipped to realise ambitious plans for continued growth, while also enhancing our offering to clients.
“Our recent success has not only been demonstrated in industry awards but, most importantly, through the satisfaction of our existing customers. We are committed to helping businesses achieve fleet cost savings and efficiency gains, so it is important we invest in staff with the expertise to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.”
James arrives at Fleet Operations following a successful stint as fleet and home delivery manager at Well Pharmacy, where he implemented initiatives expected to deliver £990,000 in savings.
Jendrzewski has significant expertise in website programming and database design and management having worked for a number of start-ups and established projects in the IT sector.
Meanwhile, Burnell brings more than 13 years experience in outsourced contract hire working with several top leasing companies and has delivered savings in excess of £1million for clients across the FMCG, construction, telecoms, beauty and retail sectors
