Jaama has recruited six customer-facing employees, including a technical client manager, four technical support advisors and a project consultant who has joined the company’s implementation team.
Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “The expansion in Jaama’s customer base across all business sectors in which we operate - public and private fleets including those with their own workshops, vehicle leasing and rental companies, and plant, equipment and tool hire - is driving the need to recruit additional staff.”
Organisations collectively managing more than 900,000 vehicles, company car and commercial vehicle drivers and own-vehicle drivers and running their own workshops currently use Key2 and that number is expected to grow significantly further in the second half of 2017, says Jaama.
Earlier this year, Jaama restructured and expanded its customer service department to provide clients with a greater level of support. Joining the newly established fleet customer support team as a technical client manager is Collette Dooley.
Dooley has worked in the fleet management industry for eight years including in the software sector and for a specialist supplier of salary sacrifice car schemes thus gaining a significant insight into the system demands of fleet decision-makers.
Joining Jaama as technical support advisors are:
- Abbi Storer (pictured above), who has joined the fleet team. She has a lengthy career behind her working in front line customer service including in the retail and tourism industries and the public sector.
- Gerald Hyde (pictured above), who has joined the leasing team following a varied career that most recently saw him working in Unipart’s fleet department and previously he was in the Army.
- Sam Worton, who also joins the leasing team, previously worked in the IT department of a contract hire and leasing company for almost four years.
- Aimee Lund (pictured above), who has joined the workshop, plant and rental team. She has worked in customer service for 15 years most recently in the exhibition and events sector following four years administration experience.
Finally, Lauren Haggerty (pictured below) has joined Jaama as a project consultant working with customers on implementation of Key2 software and providing training to new and existing customers so as they gain maximum benefit from the sophisticated web-based asset and driver management solution.
Having gained a degree in English from Birmingham City University, she spent five years at Pinewood, the dealer software solutions subsidiary of Pendragon, working in the support team and the training and implementation department.
