Skywell is planning to bolster its line-up with the launch of a new electric hatchback in 2025.
The Chinese brand, which is distributed in the UK by Innovation Automotive, revealed the Q at the Paris Motorshow, this week, as a rival to the VW ID3.
When the Skywell Q arrives, in Q3 2025, it will be sold alongside the BE11 SUV.
Pricing for the new model is said to be 'competitive'.
There will be two powertrain options available, offering a range of around 300 miles. A 10% to 80% recharge is said to take 20 minutes.
Inside, the Skywell Q features a 15.6-inch central touchscreen up front and a second touchscreen for rear-seat passengers. The specification also includes an opening sunroof and wireless smartphone charging.
Skywell will offer the car with a seven-year or 100,000-mile warranty.
