Somerset Bridge has renewed its partnership with AX, which includes the provision of claims handling, vehicle rental, repair management and total loss expertise.

The partnership between the brands, which stretches back to 2018, has helped ensure fast onward mobility and an efficient repair process for thousands of Somerset Bridge customers through its GoSkippy and Vavista brands, says AX.

Lynne Clark, claims operations director at Somerset Bridge, said: “We are thrilled to announce the renewal of our contract with AX, marking another milestone in our successful partnership.

“Over the last 12 months, we have seen tremendous growth and AX has consistently demonstrated excellence in service. This has ensured our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

“We are confident that this renewed agreement will further strengthen our collaboration.”

She added: “We are excited to continue working with AX and look forward to achieving even greater milestones together. Our shared commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence remains at the forefront of our partnership.”

Steve Molloy, director of commercial sales at AX, said that it was clear back in 2018 that its “values and company culture were aligned”.

He continued: “We have grown together and developed an open and trusted relationship that allows us to change quickly and deliver excellence. I believe this is a big part of why our partnership has stood the test of time.

“We are highly motivated to keep evolving our methods to stay at the forefront of our sector and to offer the consistency of customer care that Somerset Bridge expects. As its upwards trajectory continues, we will support its growth in this highly competitive marketplace.”
