Graphics and branding company, Stewart Signs has bought Leicestershire-based business Pulse Signs and Graphics for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction, says Stewart Signs, unites two complementary businesses with the aim to deliver a seamless experience to clients, particularly in the fleet sector.
Founded in 2016, Pulse provides a range of services including vehicle racking, van accessories, van lining, electrical installations, vehicle graphics, commercial fleet wraps, large format printing, interior graphics, window graphics and signage.
Gareth Livingstone, managing director of Stewart Signs said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Pulse Signs and Graphics to the Stewart Signs fold and look forward to expanding the ways in which we serve our clients.
“Pulse Signs and Graphics brings a suite of new products, services and expertise that will allow us to expand our fleet and signage operations significantly.”
He added: “In welcoming this thriving business into our portfolio, we have a huge opportunity to grow together, leveraging not only our strategic locations but also combining our technical expertise and unrivalled reputations to offer clients an unbeatable experience.
“I look forward to working with Shane Toon-Poynton and the Pulse team as we start this brilliant new chapter together.”
Toon-Poynton explained: “Pulse has been on a massive journey and this opportunity to join a larger, more established company like Stewart Signs enables us to accelerate our growth and potential.
“We have a shared vision to be the best at what we do and by combining our strengths and resources, we’ll be creating exciting new opportunities for our employees, customers, and suppliers.
“We look forward to working closely with both Gareth and his team, continuing to innovate and break new ground in our industry.”
Toon-Poynton will continue to lead Pulse Signs and Graphics.
