A new Mercedes-Benz Trucks dealership has opened at Bentley Bridge Business Park in Wolverhampton.

Acting on behalf of Clowes Developments, DTZ agreed the deal with Ballyvesey Holdings for the dealership, which is located off Wednesfield Road in the city.

Nigel Birkmyre, director at Ballyvesey Holdings, said: “We are delighted with the location of the dealership and our customer base is pleased to have one of the most modern sales and aftermarket depots in the West Midlands. The property has been built to a high standard with environmental concerns taken into consideration in the workshop.”

James Richards, development director, Clowes Developments commented: “We identified Midland Truck & Van/Ballyvesey Holdings as a key occupier for the scheme and have worked very closely with them to deliver a state-of-the-art facility. With the completion of further deals due imminently on the speculative development, the park is fast heading towards being fully let.”
