Road Skills is launching a FORS friendly new record-keeping system aimed at making life easier for fleet operators.

The FORS Pass Online package, powered by FleetCheck, brings together all the key data management elements of the FORS scheme, including:

·     Driver training

·     Driver caredoll

·     Telematics

·     Fuel management

·     Licence checking

Road Skills was one of the first three companies to be made an official Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme associate in 2008 and with the proprietary FORS Pass programme has since led the way in specialist compliance training and support.

With FORS Pass Online, operators get a powerful data management tool underpinned by Road Skills’ knowledge and experience of the scheme.

Director David Somers said: “For the first time, fleet operators can use one simple interface to manage everything they need to achieve and maintain their FORS accreditation, confident that the software has been designed to meet their specific needs.

“We’ve simplified the whole process, and as well as making it really easy to keep on top of all the compliance data, operators can also use FORS Pass Online to analyse that data and use it more effectively to increase margins.”

The package also makes it simple to create checklists in the right format for the FORS auditor and it includes benchmarking for the move from bronze to silver and then gold accreditation.
