Johnston Sweepers has taken delivery of the UK’s first Renault Trucks sweeper-packaged Euro-6 chassis.  

The two 16-tonne Renault Trucks Range D sweepers join the Johnston’s demo fleet, following a debut at the efficiency and waste management event, the RWM Show.

Nigel Butler, commercial director at Renault Trucks UK, said: “We are delighted to be working with Johnston to introduce the first Euro-6 Renault truck with a dedicated sweeper pack to the UK market.

“Our new Renault Trucks Range D chassis with sweeper pack is factory-designed, built and warranted for total peace of mind. 

“Available in both 12 and 16-tonnes, our sweeper chassis options deliver valuable extra payload and productivity for the municipal market.”
