TTC Group is uniting its portfolio of training and risk management businesses under one brand – TTC.
The move follows its acquisition of Business Driver Risk Management in 2019, and Licence Bureau in 2020.
The business is also changing its legacy identity of the Telford Training Company to the Trusted Training and Compliance expert as it lays the foundations for future growth.
TTC recently announced its entry into the broader health and safety marketplace with the acquisition of construction and infrastructure accredited education specialist, Synergie Training.
Its range of licence checking and document verification services, along with its business driver services, are now available to all customers through a single TTC platform instead of operating as separate businesses.
Synergie Training will begin its transition to join the TTC family under one platform in the coming months.
“Nearly five years on from the strategic acquisition of Business Driver Risk Management and Licence Bureau, the full and successful integration of those companies into our operations is now complete, signalling the time to unite them under the one TTC brand,” said Jim Kirkwood, CEO of TTC.
“This will further streamline our operations for the benefit of our customers who will continue to receive consistent high-quality information, service and customer support through a single channel, backed by our exemplary account managers.
“All our training and compliance solutions will also be available to every customer through our industry-first driver risk management tool, Continuum.”
He added: “Earlier this year we announced we are embarking on a period of new strategic growth, which will see us seek opportunities to expand into complementary and adjacent markets where compliance and learning are key.
“With our identity refined, bringing together our existing suite of businesses and solutions, and our brand reaffirmed with key stakeholders and customers, we are now truly set to further leverage our tech-enablement and virtual training skills in both the fleet and transport sectors where we are already firmly established, but also in new territories.”
