Europcar is enhancing its van fleet offering with the launch of a number of specialist Van Supersites across the UK.
The centres, to be located in Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, London and Bristol, include specialist vehicles such as such as five and six seat Crew Vans, 4x4 pickups and an extensive range of Chapter 8 vehicles.
With the capacity to store several hundred vans, the dedicated locations can meet demand for large bulk orders of circa 20 vehicles and above giving more choice and flexibility to businesses.
Fleet managers also have access to a dedicated van service from each of the Supersites with teams trained with hands-on experience of the specialist vehicles, as well as knowledge of clients’ requirements through dedicated account management.
“The launch of Europcar’s Van Supersites is part of our commitment to helping UK businesses that are making the most of an increasingly positive economy”, explained Ken McCall, managing director, Europcar UK Group.
"Complementing our existing network of 170 Van Stations in the UK, the Supersites allow us to respond to specific commercial vehicle requirements of our customers, including Chapter 8 compliant vehicles.
“By having a dedicated focus on a range of commercial vehicles – combined with specialist account management - these Supersites mean we can deliver both efficiency and cost savings to the businesses that need the confidence of supply for their own continuity. By developing close working relationships with the businesses operating around each of the sites, with our specialist teams working to understand and anticipate the specific needs of each customer, we are providing a service that combines the best of national expertise with local knowledge.”
