Renault has entered the pick-up truck market with its new Alaskan model.

Based on the Nissan NP300 Navara, the truck will be available in two- and four-wheel drive variants, going on sale first in South America.

It is powered by a 2.3-litre Renault diesel engine. It is not yet clear when the truck will reach UK markets.
