Nissan has unveiled the new NV250 compact van, a Renault Kangoo-based replacement for the NV200.
It will go on sale in September, featuring a Euro 6d-Temp compliant 1.5-litre diesel engine.
The electric e-NV200 will remain in production. Nissan has not confirmed if the NV250 will be offered with an electric motor.
The panel version is offered in two body lengths (L1 / L2) and in two- or three-seat configurations, while the single-length crew version (L2) comes with a maximum of four seats and multi-positional bulkhead.
The largest version has a 4.6 cubic metre load space, with a cargo length of up to 2.87m.
Power outputs of 80PS, 95PS and 115PS will be available. CO2 emissions range from 116g/km to 131g/km.
The new van will be offered with a five year / 100,000-mile warrant and feature on-board Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, including Hill Start Assist and Extended Grip.
Prices are yet to be confirmed.
