Van and HGV fleets will gain access to case studies from peers in the industry as well as all the latest commercial vehicle products and services all under one roof at Fleet & Mobility Live this year.
The show is back at the NEC near Birmingham on October 11 and 12 and there will be an equal importance given to commercial fleets at this year’s show, particularly given that converting vans and trucks to zero emissions poses greater operational challenges compared with regular cars.
Over half of the seminar session content is relevant to fleet decision makers that are running commercial vehicles with topics covering electrification, safety and compliance.
Not only will commercial vehicle fleets be able to hear guidance and case studies from peers across the industry (see full breakdown on topics below), but they will also be able to experience the latest products and services coming to the market.
Registration for Fleet & Mobility Live is open now and free for fleet decision makers.
LeasePlan, one of the biggest leasing companies in the UK, will have a huge presence on the show floor this year and will be displaying the new electric 211-mile range Arrival van as part of its stand.
LeasePlan is the preferred operational leasing partner for the Arrival Van and the new model will deliver the first vehicles to customers before the end of this year.
Ford has also confirmed it will be at the show this year and will display its 197 mile range E-Transit this year.
Mandy Dean, Ford of Britain commercial vehicle director, said: “Electrification is the key consideration for all our fleet customers and we are delighted to demonstrate our van and car battery electric vehicles to them at this year’s Fleet & Mobility Live.
“Ford has committed to offer zero-emission versions of all its car and vans by 2026. We’re on hand to assist fleet managers in the transition and to make the most of associated wholelife cost benefits.”
TVL Security will also be on the show floor offering crime prevention advice and will be boosting awareness of its new TellTVL initiative that is creating an online community to help
crackdown on organised crime.
The ‘Tell TVL’ initiative asks those who have had their vans stolen or items stolen from their vans to report full details including images at www.tellTVL.co.uk, in addition to reporting the crime to police.
These are just a few highlights from commercial vehicle exhibitors that will be at the show and the full list of exhibitors confirmed so far can be viewed at www.fleetandmobilitylive.com/exhibitors
