Volvo XC60 facelift now available to order

Volvo has launched the updated version of its best-selling XC60 SUV and is now accepting orders.

Pricing starts at £49,240 for the 14 model line up.

Following updates to the larger XC90, the XC60 has been given a visual facelift with tweaks to its front end styling.

There's also a new infotainment system screen with a larger display.

Other changes are said to improve cabin quietness and comfort.

New colour choices, along with refreshed interior trims, will be available, along with optional air suspension and a revised Bowers and Wilkins audio system.

The powertrain line-up consists of a B5 mild-hybrid petrol, along with T6 and T8 plug-in hybrids. All versions have all-wheel-drive.

The B5 has 250PS and emits from 175g/km of CO2, placing it in the 37% benefit-in-kind (BiK) tax band.

The T6 and T8 both sit in the 9% BiK band, as they can achieve a zero-emission range of more than 40 miles.

There's a total of seven trim levels: Core, Plus, Plus Black Edition, Plus Pro, Plus Pro Black Edition, Ultra and Ultra Black Edition.

Core models come with 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, keyless entry, front and rear parking sensors, a powered tailgate and faux leather upholstery.

Plus gains 19-inch wheels, a 360-degree camera system, a heated steering wheel, blind spot monitoring, Pilot Assist and a Harmon Kardon sound system.

Plus Pro includes 20-inch wheels, nappa leather upholstery and adaptive headlights.

Range-topping Ultra comes with a panoramic sunroof, air suspension, front seat massage function and a Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

Black Edition variants are additionally equipped with 21-inch wheels, a black headliner, black badges and trim pieces, Onyx Black paint and tinted rear windows.
