Business mobility specialist Alphabet has been reappointed as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management framework RM3710.

CCS is a public sector organisation which acts on behalf of the UK Government to drive savings for the taxpayer through procurement efficiencies and improved quality of commercial and procurement activity.

Its procurement arrangements can be used by central government departments and organisations across the public sector, including local government, health, education, not-for-profit and devolved administrations.

Dean Hedger, head of public sector for Alphabet, said: “The whole Alphabet team is delighted and proud to have retained our place on one of the UK’s largest public sector framework agreements.

"After a thorough and lengthy process, which involved people from every area of our business, we have been successful in continuing our relationship with CCS for the next three years.

"Alphabet is a major player for mobility in the UK public sector and historically nearly three-quarters of our public sector business has been transacted via the CCS framework.

"This new framework enables a significant number of public sector organisations to continue to access Alphabet’s comprehensive range of funding and fleet management products, as well as our innovative advanced mobility solutions, such as AlphaElectric and AlphaCity.

"This success allows Alphabet to continue the great work we’ve been doing in partnership with a number of public sector organisations to help them meet their mobility needs, as well as achieve their financial, environmental and efficiency objectives.”
