Agility Fleet is predicting another record-breaking year after registering a year-on-year increase in sales across all areas of the business in 2015.
The Bromsgrove-based contract hire and fleet management provider also won the FN50 customer service team of the year award.
Keith Townsend, managing director of Agility Fleet, said: “Being recognised as the FN50 customer service team of the year, together with significant business growth across all aspects of the business including business contract hire, fleet management, driver safety and driver license checking, is testament to our commitment to our customers.
“We focus on working closely with SME businesses to give them tailored fleet solutions and this customer-centric approach combined with attention to detail saw orders increase by more than 37% in 2015, representing growth in sales revenue of 54%.
“In 2016, our commitment to investment in products and services will continue with our consultancy services ensuring that customers have independent expert advice on duty of care services, encompassing driver safety and driver training. With the SME sector this level of expertise is highly valued as it often doesn’t exist in-house and by adding value in this way we want to make sure that we continue to lead the market in customer service excellence.”
