A leading in-situ road recycling company specializing in structural repair and maintenance of failing roads is seeking a Plant and Transport Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scaldwell.

Role Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant and transport department and workshops.

* Plan and manage scheduled maintenance, including vehicle PMI inspections, MOT tests, and servicing.

* Handle on-site breakdowns and coordinate repairs effectively.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Optimize the use of plant and transport equipment, ensuring efficient operations.

* Maintain clear communication across teams and with external service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in Operations Management and Fleet Management.

* Expertise in Transport and Plant Management.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

* Hands-on experience managing plant and transport equipment.

* Exceptional organizational and task-prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
