BRISTOL-based BCH Vehicle Management announced two new contracts on the opening day of the 1998 Fleet Motor Show. Book manufacturing group LIBERfabrica, formerly Bath Press Group, has opted for BCH to provide contract hire and fleet management for its 55-strong fleet.
And Birmingham-based Rushton Engineering, which distributes and services air compressors and related equipment, has chosen the company as the sole supplier to its fleet of 52 vehicles. LIBERfabrica previously dealt with a number of contract hire companies but decided to switch to a sole supply arrangement to reduce administration and improve efficiency. The vehicles remaining on contract hire with other suppliers will be outsourced to BCH for fleet management.
The contract includes full maintenance, accident management and the use of BCH's ProFleet to manage servicing and repair requirements for the fleet, which has a Vauxhall solus arrangement.
