MONDIAL Assistance is offering a new back-up service for motor manufacturers' fleet sales forces. The system provides administrative support and database back-up for area fleet managers, allowing them to spend more time on the road prospecting and looking after existing fleet customers.

Mondial Assistance national motor sales manager Daniel Burgess said: 'Each area fleet manager will be allotted a dedicated 'fleet buddy' who will be responsible for administrative tasks including booking prospect appointments, and the all-important task of database management. By providing dedicated personnel we can help ensure that fleet sales people maintain quality lead prospects while freeing-up valuable time to give to existing customers.'
