RENAULT has widened its Alize trim level from the Megane to the rest of the model range in time for the new T-plate on March 1. All of the new Alizes have air conditioning as standard.

Based on the mid-range RT, the Alizes are Clio (£10,345 on-the-road for the three-door, £350 more for the five-door), Laguna (available in hatchback, estate and seven-seater with prices ranging from £14,700 to £17,150 on-the-road) and Espace (2.0-litre petrol £18,995 and 2.2-litre turbodiesel £20,795 on-the-road).
