TWO major changes have shaped the future of Practical Car & Van Rental in the new year - the departure of its co-founder and chairman Harold Williams and the launch of a new logo.

Williams has stepped down after 16 years with the firm, which he lauched with Bolton Agnew in the early 1980s. Practical's new logo, the first redesign for 11 years, will be rolled out throughout the daily rental chain's operations.
