BICESTER-based crane and access platform maker, Grove Europe, has taken delivery of 13 Volkswagen Transporter TDI vans to replace half its existing fleet - and there are plans to replace the remainder later this year. The vans will be leased over four years through Oxford-based Cordwallis Volkswagen Van Centre.
