NATIONAL Car Rental has opened a new rental contact centre in Leicester as a hub of reservations for all of its business customers.
The centre will handle all reservations as they come in by phone, fax and email 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Claire Curley has been appointed director of client services to manage the operation, which also houses the Specialist Vehicle Management centre, focusing on non-fleet vehicles.
It is anticipated the centre will handle 90,000 calls a month and over a million a year, including those received for National's 24-our emergency service.
