Also celebrating victory alongside Ronaldo and Rivaldo were Jon Seaman and Richard Westerman from Wakefield-based retailer The Car People, who won a prize draw from remarketing specialist GRS. Everyone who bought a car from GRS between May 27 and June 20 was entered in the draw. The prize included flights, five night stay in Tokyo and a champagne reception before the game.
