FLEETS are being offered a fixed cost vehicle maintenance package by Car & Commercial Vehicle Solutions and sister company Cold Chain Vehicle Solutions.

The package covers servicing, breakdown assistance, tyre replacement (excluding damage) and fair wear and tear mechanical repair with monthly costs dependent on the type of vehicle leased. Extra chargeable services can also be added to the package, including windscreen replacement, damaged tyre repair and accident repair.

The services are provided in conjunction with Bethell Fleet Services, and servicing and mechanical repair is provided through a network of 1,200 independent and AA-approved workshops, tyre repair is offered through National Fleet, windscreen replacement is in conjunction with RAC Auto Windscreens and accident repair is through CCVS's own network of AA-approved workshops.

The Newport Pagnell-based companies were launched earlier this year by Paul Mckay, and specialise in commercial vehicles ranging from car-derived vans to 7.5-tonne trucks.

He said: 'Many of our customers operate against tough deadlines and it is essential that vehicles are on the move. The package is designed to make sure any time a vehicle is off the road, it becomes mobile as soon as possible.'
