FEATURES once reserved for luxury cars are now becoming standard in nearly all fleet cars, according to latest research.

Air conditioning is now standard on 47% of today's available models, while anti-lock brakes are standard on 89%, compared with just 69% three years ago.

The spread of once exclusive top-of-the-range features throughout the mainstream market is revealed by CAP New Vehicle Data.
