BCA's buyer customers can register to receive messages and mailings across a wide range of criteria that suits their needs, such as vehicle type and vendor source and can specify locations in BCA's nationwide network.
As BCA's sales programmes and catalogues are updated by the company's networked auction systems, the SMS and email technology automatically contacts those customers whose specifications tally with those of the sale.
This new 'early warning' system gives BCA's buyer customers another competitive edge in planning their stock acquisition and – coupled with the newly introduced LCV section on BCA's online catalogue and stock locator service, Auction View – means BCA continues to lead the way in customer communication.
