THRIFTY'S largest licensee, Bellhire, has opened a sixth franchise based in Kingston-upon-Thames.

Stocking marques such as Ford, Vauxhall, Rover and Renault, Bellhire has gone from being a 10-car operation to operating more than 800 vehicles.
