SMALL fleet operators wanting the benefits of a roadside recovery service without hefty subscription costs can now take advantage of a new credit card breakdown service.

Delta Rescue, which has launched the scheme, is targeting the service at sub-20 commercial vehicle fleets wanting 24-hour cover. The service works on a pay-as-you-use basis, with an initial £300 being debited from the user's credit card. Once recovery is completed any outstanding money will be credited back to the card.
