VAUXHALL has unveiled the latest in a new generation of Euro IV-compliant diesel engines which will help cut company car drivers' tax bills and fleet operators' servicing costs.

The latest diesel to join Vauxhall's model line-up is the 69bhp Corsa 1.3-litre CDTi, a new common rail diesel unit that delivers the cleanest Euro IV emissions and improved fuel economy, with a combined cycle fuel consumption of 62.8mpg. It will sit alongside the recently- launched 79bhp 1.7 CDTi which was launched in Astra earlier this year and the 99bhp CDTi which powers the new Corsa SRi and the new Meriva mini-MPV.
