THE European Commission has approved the takeover of Czech fuel payment management services company CCS Ceská spolecnost pro platební karty a.s. (CCS) by a US company in the same business –FleetCor Technologies Inc.

The US firm currently operates in north America and in Britain through subsidiary CH Jones Holding. CCS operates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
