Volkswagen’s Polo BlueMotion will cost between £11,995 and £12,845 when deliveries begin in October. The 1.4-litre diesel-engined BlueMotion returns up to 74.3mpg on the combined cycle and with CO2 emissions of 99g/km it is exempt from vehicle excise duty charges.
