Utilities and rail contractor McNicholas is taking delivery of 80 new Volkswagen Crafter vans in a £1.5 million deal.

The CR350 3,500kg vans are fitted with welfare facilities, modifications to McNicholas’ specifications and a variety of safety and security measures.

The vehicles are being supplied by NVR Fleet UK of Redditch.

“Our continued relationship with NVR Fleet UK, and their commitment to the McNicholas business, has been key to the success of our rebranded vehicle replacement programme,” said McNicholas’ fleet manager Tom Brayley.
