After working in customer service roles for 25 yearsand developing an extensive experience in customer service, marketing and communications management, Terry Slade has been appointed to the role of customer services manager at Paragon group. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Paragon’s Client Account Teams at Upper Heyford whilst also supporting Paragon’s wider sales objectives.
