The Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) has launched a new road safety book, ‘Driving Safety: A practical guide to driver risk management’.

Author Richard Byrne said: “Driving Safety aims to provide a starting place for organisations who want to manage this issue and it outlines a range of solutions to suit all budgets, enabling a ‘pick and mix’ approach to help create an effective driver safety programme.”

IIRSM is charitable company set up to advance standards in accident prevention and occupational health throughout the world.

Membership is open to all individuals qualified in health and safety, or a related discipline, actively involved in work place health and safety, or those who simply have an interest in it.
