Zenith Provecta has a tradition of long service amongst its employees, and the company believes its continued success over the years is down to its people. Over a twelve month period no less than sixteen are celebrating 10 years of service to the company. They join a group of 29 employees who have all been with the company for between 10 and 21 years, and now over 35% have been with the company for more than five years.

To mark the occasion local MP for Pudsey, Stuart Andrew, made a surprise visit to the company’s Leeds headquarters to congratulate them. Stuart said: “From the moment you meet the team, it is clear that their commitment, loyalty and knowledge have ensured that throughout Zenith Provecta’s growth they have retained their sense of identity, culture and passion.”

The longest serving member of staff is chief executive Andrew Cope who has been with the company since it was founded in 1989. He explains why long service is so important: “This is yet another proud milestone for the business. The happiness, motivation, knowledge and experience of our teams, ensure we have the strength in depth to focus on providing high levels of customer service. We as a team have great trust, faith and confidence in one another and I look forward to seeing the business continue in this vein for the next 10 years.”

Hilary Freear, ECO team manager, who celebrates ten years with the company this year agrees: “We have all developed as individuals with the business and having increased our fleet funding and management portfolio from around 1,500 cars to over 27,000 has been very exciting and rewarding. We have built strong and trusting relationships with our colleagues and our customers.”
