Kwik-Fit has appointed All Fleet Services (AFS) to manage proactive MOT bookings for its customers. The service aims to help Kwik-Fit centres to increase revenue on MOTs through a seamless and real-time booking process.
The dedicated Kwik-Fit contact team at AFS will receive alerts within a matter of seconds; this is triggered when a vehicle that meets the set criteria is in a Kwik-Fit centre for tyre work, and either the driver will be onsite or the centre will have his/her mobile number.
As a result of this alert, All Fleet Services will contact the driver to arrange the MOT booking and offer an appointment at the relevant Kwik-Fit centre. The team has access to Kwik-Fit’s online diary live allowing for real-time bookings to be made. In addition, the company will provide Kwik-Fit with regular management reports detailing the end-to-end transactions.
Dave Scobie, managing director of All Fleet Services, said: “Proactive MOT booking from All Fleet Services will enable Kwik-Fit centres to maximise on the potential business open to them while customers wait and are in their building. It’s the new way of marketing to motorists while they have the propensity to book an appointment.”
