Amey has appointed James Trotter as business development director of its Local Government division to drive further growth in the highways and infrastructure market.
James will be responsible for increasing Amey’s Local Government market share in key sectors, including highways management and street lighting.
James brings over 10 years experience in providing public sector services. Prior to joining Amey, he was the business development director of Carillion’s Local Government Services and Highway Maintenance divisions; he has also held senior roles at both Alfred McAlpine and Jarvis.
