Nationwide Accident Repair Service plc has appointed Sarah Wilcox as its new national account manager. Wilcox will be working with national and large fleet operators as Nationwide continues to enhance and develop its presence in the fleet market.
Wilcox brings a wealth of fleet and customer service experience to the team at Nationwide, having previously worked at Northgate plc for five years where she had been head of sales for non-rental products and, for two years, sales director at Target Vehicle Hire, a rental company owned by Northgate.

We are unique in the market place as we offer the full range of in-house services for fleet managers from pre-life preparation, in-life accident management, repairs and insurance claim handling, through to end-of-life defleet, refurbishment and even salvage – all supported by comprehensive live reporting and experienced customer service teams.”
Wilcox agrees that one of the first challenges in her new role will be introducing new clients to the brand. “Nationwide is recognised as the UK leader for accident repairs but our fleet services offering is less well known - even though we have worked closely with large blue-chip organisations, contract hire & leasing providers and rental companies for many years,” explains Wilcox.
