Three years after acquiring ECO specialist Provecta Car Plan, Zenith Provecta is rebranding to reflect the integration as one company under the single Zenith brand. The fresh branding identity is being launched on a redesigned website, which can be viewed at www.zenith.co.uk.
Since the acquisition of Provecta Car Plan in May 2008, Zenith has seen considerable growth. Last year Morgan Stanley Private Equity acquired a 60% stake in Zenith, providing the management team with continued support to organically grow the business.
Tim Buchan, chief executive officer for Zenith, explains the reasons for the new name: “This is the next natural step in the company’s development. We are in an exciting time in our company’s progression and we felt that the time was right to move forward with the Zenith brand. Our new strapline “Intelligent Vehicle Solutions” has been chosen as this best describes who we are, what we do today and how the company will look in the future. We will continue doing what we do best, delivering high quality, innovative vehicle based products and services, as we become a truly “End to End” provider”.
