Alphabet customer service has been recognised for second year in succession after Alphabet account executive Carol Shears was named a ‘fleet industry hero’.
Barely a year after joining Alphabet’s account team, Shears accepted the award at the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association’s (BVRLA) annual dinner in London in March.
The BVRLA industry hero awards recognise outstanding dedication to customer service by staff working in the UK fleet management and rental business.
Jon Burdekin, head of account management at Alphabet, said: “The example Carol sets is superb and the feedback we receive from Carol’s customers is simply outstanding. Her dedication and pride in her work truly epitomises the great service we offer our customers.”
Last year, the BVRLA recognised customer service advisor Lisa Ditch as an industry hero for her dedication to enhancing internal processes and keeping customers informed. She has since been recruited to Alphabet’s sales team.

Describing an service advisor as a 'Hero' is a litle mis-judged.
