Inside Track, DHL Supply Chain’s automotive marketing and event support arm, has renewed its partnership with Ford to manage its fleet demonstrator programme.
Designed to encourage new and existing business customers to experience Ford’s latest product range via an extended test drive, DHL will manage all aspects of the programme including customer booking, delivery and collection, vehicle conditioning and fleet management.
Inside Track will focus on improving service levels to Ford’s business customers to enhance the booking, delivery and after sales activity. This builds on Inside Track’s recent deployment of new PDA technology across its operation, saving time for customers by allowing them to track the status of their delivery online.
