To help decision-makers keep abreast of industry developments, solutions provider Jaama is hosting four more of its popular one-day Fleet Management Essentials seminars in the autumn.

Everyone who reserves a seminar place prior to Friday, September 13, 2013 will receive a £50 discount on the usual delegate price. Additionally, until the same date, employers that send two delegates to one of the seminars can take advantage of a ‘buy one place, get one free’ offer.

Significantly updated with more information on a host of topical areas, the seminars reflect best practice and the impact of changing legislation in a number of key areas.

The autumn seminars will focus on a wide range of fleet management issues including: fuel cost management, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) compliance, changes to company car benefit-in-kind taxation up to 2016/17, the forthcoming introduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (Directors’ Reports) Regulations 2013 as well as topics such as key performance indicators to measure to ensure optimum fleet efficiency and effectiveness, grey fleet management, car salary sacrifice schemes, employee driving licence checking and reducing the administrative burden of fleet management through technology.

The seminars have proven extremely popular over the years with a wide cross-section of full-time professional fleet decision-makers as well as administrators and managers who have the responsibility but not necessarily the experience or specialist knowledge of running a fleet of vehicles.

Fleet Managements Essentials seminars will be held on:

Tuesday, 8 October, 2013 – Swindon

Wednesday, 9 October, 2013 – Jaama’s head office, Tamworth

Thursday, 10 October, 2013 – Runcorn

Thursday, 17 October, 2013 – Leeds/Bradford.
