SME car and van leasing provider CVM Group is adopting the 1link Service Network e-commerce platform to manage service and maintenance for its nationwide fleet.
Jaymie Stanbrook, account manager at CVM Group, said: “The platform will replace a largely manual system, so we are looking forward to making great strides forward in terms of automating our processes.
“Of course, this will give us much more time to concentrate on our service and maintenance from a strategic point of view, helping to minimise costs and increase efficiency.”
CVM concentrates on supplying small-medium sized fleets and largely works with German manufacturers.
Stanbrook added: “We find that this is an area of the fleet market that has specific needs and requirements that, as a company, we are very well positioned to meet.”
