Go Travel Solutions is strengthening its core team and developing new UK office locations at the start of 2014.
The growth follows a series of recent successful local and national project launches and contract wins including Smartgo sustainable travel networks in Leicester, Stevenage and Milton Keynes, personalised travel planning in Gloucester, and work on the Leicester Fit 4 Business programme.
After successfully completing a one-year apprenticeship, Hazra Patel is the company's new marketing co-ordinator. Patel is responsible for supporting and delivering Go Travel Solutions' wide-ranging marketing activity.
Following three years experience in the business focused on the finance and administration, Karl Bassett will take on a revised role as project manager focused on sustainable travel projects.
Dewayne Browne has joined Go Travel Solutions as a business developer initially on a 13 week Internship via De Montfort University. He will focus on developing relationships with employers, securing their membership of the business travel networks and supporting them as they integrate best practice for sustainable travel.
Robin Pointon, managing director at Go Travel Solutions, said: “The changes to our team reflect the current success of the company and our growing responsibility for a number of local and national sustainable travel projects. We hope to continue this upward growth curve to help more UK destinations realise the benefits that adopting sustainable travel plans can deliver for employers and their staff, public bodies and transport providers.”
