ARI has strengthened its client relations team with the appointment of an experienced senior manager.
Kim Noble joins the company with more than 25 years’ industry experience overseeing procurement, product development, project delivery and customer service for large contract hire and leasing companies.
Heading up ARI’s client relations team, Noble will coordinate the account management function across the company’s entire client portfolio and drive forward its customer service strategy to improve operational wellbeing.
She will also be responsible for delivering change management programmes across the business, developing relevant policies, procedures and systems to support ARI’s continued growth.
Noble’s appointment follows the recruitment of a new Masterserve Network development manager and an operations manager responsible for its accident and risk offering.
Talking about her new role, Noble said: “It’s a very exciting time to be joining ARI. Our customer relations team will be pivotal in helping the company to grow over the coming years and I’m looking forward to working alongside some talented and inspiring people.”
ARI’s managing director, Keith Allen, added: “ARI is investing heavily in its people as we understand that they are central to the success of our business. This is even more important in customer relations and Kim brings a wealth of experience overseeing strategic development in this area.”
